Feeling sick, drained and emotionally exhausted, I asked Gaynelle for a Reiki treatment. That night, she sent healing energy as I slept deeply. Although it was highly unusual for me, I slept through the night without my usual interruptions. I woke up the next morning feeling really good and refreshed. I went outside first thing to spend hours gardening. Gaynelle's Reiki not only aided my sleep but I no longer felt the symptoms I had the evening before. I called on her during a subsequent infection weeks later, and she again remotely sent Reiki healing energy and greatly eased my discomfort. Gaynelle has effectively helped me with healing while I was having atrial fibrillations twice. During my most recent bout, I sought her help after waking up that morning feeling tense, uncomfortable and contracted with Atrial Fibrillations (Afib), so I requested a Reiki session. After a 45-minute session, including some restful sleep on my part, I felt remarkably relaxed despite still experiencing Afib. I told her I didn't know what she had done, but everything had changed! Gaynelle's treatment had completely relaxed me and eased my discomfort, enabling me to seek further medical attention later that day to regain normal sinus rhythm. This was the second time her healing efforts had relieved me of the discomfort accompanying Afib. Her Reiki made a profound difference, and I wholeheartedly recommend her services.

I have had several distance Reiki sessions with Gaynelle and have had a wonderful experience.  I had not had Reiki by distance before so was unsure what to expect as opposed to having an in person session.  I found the sessions to be tremendously calming.  I felt very relaxed during and afterward.  I have chronic headaches which is one reason I turned to Reiki.  I came into two sessions with a headache I’d had for hours with no relief and after my Reiki treatment they went away.  Gaynelle is very kind and personable and I would definitely recommend her services!
